Has the Alternative Aid Program Helped You?

If So, You Can Help Others!

The Alternative Aid Program gives low-income families with children not receiving TANF the short-term help they need to get or keep a job. This program helps with things like car repairs, childcare, uniforms and even housing-related emergencies. Families with income under 133% of the poverty level ($1,737 a month for a family of three) may qualify for a voucher equaling up to $1,455 for a family of 3.

Right now Alternative Aid is only available to families once in their lifetime. Some are interested in making this valuable benefit available once a year if families need it. If you, or someone you know has been helped by the Alternative Aid Program you can help make this important change. Please contact us to let us know how the Alternative Aid Program has helped!
