No Waiting Lists 
For Good Wheels Program

The "Good Wheels" Program helps working TANF recipients buy a reliable car by offering low-interest loans. You can borrow up to $5,000 at 5% interest over a three-year period to buy a reliable used car. The program has made over 600 loans to working TANF families.

Loan money is available to families anywhere in the State. There are currently no waiting lists for this program. 

To find out if you are eligible, call your ASPIRE case manager, or contact the Goodwill Employment Services at the location nearest to you:
