Learn how to speak and write what’s on your
mind! Whether you’re talking with friends,
working with community members or educating
public policy makers, there are many tools that
will help you stand up for yourself and others in
your personal life and in your wider community.
Beginners can learn about these tools, how to use
them and how to deal with feelings that are now
holding you back.
Those with more experience can share their
knowledge and try out a new skill. You’ll also
be reminded of what it was like when you first
started and learn how to support others.
