New MAIN Leader Joins the Team
Welcome Pam Morin to the MAIN Leadership Team! Long-time MAIN member Pam Morin has joined the
MAIN Leadership Team replacing Shannon Collins as treasurer. Pam works for Southern Kennebec
Child Development Center, and also serves as a member of the Maine Equal Justice board. Over
the years, she has been very helpful in sharing our information with Head Start families and
supporting their participation in MAIN and MEJP’s work. And...
A big thank you to Shannon Collins who has served on the Team since October 2006. Shannon also
helped people with low-income in Maine by sharing her personal stories with legislators to help them
understand how their decisions affect us. We'll miss Shannon's ability to chair meetings, and keep us
in touch with the daily struggles of people with low-income. Thank you Shannon, and good luck with
your new pursuits!
